Team Building Event Dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH
The weather was perfect and set the mood as I welcomed the group from Dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH to the iPad Tour in Prague.
We met at Pražský poledník, a central meeting point, and after a quick briefing on using the iPads and the CityHunters App the adventure began. Twenty-eight participants were split by me into five teams and each team received an iPad as the hub of their mission.
The mix of modern technology and exploring the city is what makes our team building event so special: the CityHunters App links all groups in real time, shows scores and delivers interactive challenges. During the tour the teams were on their own, racing through the alleys of Prague — past Charles Bridge, on to Prague Castle and down to the lively Old Town Square.
The challenges demanded observation, creativity and team spirit. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks; I stayed reachable by phone in case any technical questions or clarifications came up. That way everyone could focus fully on the game and the shared fun.
After three hours we met again at Pražský poledník for the awards ceremony. Tension was high: in first place stood Team Sieger with 230 points, closely followed by SelfieStick also with 230 points. Third place went to grenzDABil with 220 points. The winning team was presented with medals and received warm applause for their performance.
Moments like these show how powerful a team building experience in Prague can be: laughing together, solving puzzles and celebrating success builds lasting connections. The combination of city discovery — from historic sites to hidden corners — and playful competition naturally strengthens team bonds.
