Team Building Event Siemens Healthineers AG
The day turned out perfect: bright sunshine and great spirits accompanied our event on July 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM. As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed 33 motivated colleagues from Siemens Healthineers AG at Residenzplatz — the ideal starting point for a varied Geocaching experience and a genuine team building experience in Würzburg.
After a short introduction and the division into five teams, every group received the necessary clues and devices to complete the tour safely. The tasks ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team challenges that demanded communication and problem solving. While the teams explored the city on their own I was reachable by phone and available to advise when needed.
Our route led the teams through the charming center of Würzburg and past well known sights including the Würzburg Residence the Old Main Bridge and Marienberg Fortress. The game became not only a competition for points but also a lively discovery tour where the team building experience in Würzburg came to life: shared decisions shared fun and shared aha moments.
The atmosphere stayed consistently positive — the mix of excitement pace and wonder at historic places made the afternoon special. After exactly three hours all teams gathered again at Residenzplatz for the debriefing and awards ceremony. Tension was in the air because the points were hotly contested.
Team New neuroventer took first place with 270 points closely followed by Team of many in second with 270 points and The winners in third also with 270 points. The top three teams received medals in recognition — a great finale to an intense shared experience.
Geocaching with CityHunters combines adventure sightseeing and teamwork in a unique way. Whether for a company outing or a team building event the team building experience in Würzburg offers room for shared laughter creative solutions and lasting memories.
