Team Building Event Robert Bosch GmbH
Twenty-six colleagues from Robert Bosch GmbH met on July 16, 2024 at 3:30 pm for an energetic Geocaching event in Stuttgart.
As the team guide I welcomed the group at the Wilhelmsbau on Königstraße, explained the schedule and divided the participants into four teams. After a brief introduction each team received a tablet with our CityHunters app and the first tasks, and thus the team building experience in Stuttgart began right in the bustling city center.
Then off they went: the teams set out on their own, followed coordinates, solved puzzles and tackled creative team challenges. Our route led to well-known spots like Schlossplatz, the Staatsgalerie and the Old Castle, but also to surprising corners that are easy to overlook in everyday life. I remained available by phone for questions, always reachable without interrupting the teams.
The atmosphere was fantastic: precise teamwork, spontaneous team spirit and plenty of laughter as codes were cracked. Points were awarded for correct solutions and especially inventive team tasks, creating a real competitive feeling that at the same time strengthened the group. Perfect weather completed the picture and made the afternoon a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
After about two hours all teams met again at the Wilhelmsbau for the awards ceremony. On the podium Team Rocket stood in first place with 240 points, followed by Ü21 with 210 points and PowerChasers with 195 points. The delight at the results and the shared reflection on the highlights rounded off the event.
Geocaching with CityHunters is a refreshing form of team building experience in Stuttgart: it combines playful challenges, a spirit of discovery and real teamwork, making it ideal for companies that want to bring their colleagues together in a new way. I am already looking forward to the next team building experience in Stuttgart and to sending teams out on another adventure.
