Team Building Event HEC Paris
The sun was shining – perfect weather for our iPad Tour through Warsaw. On 14.07.2024 at 16:00 I had the pleasure of welcoming 42 participants from HEC Paris at the Copernicus Monument as a CityHunters team guide, ready for a lively team building event in Warsaw.
After a brief introduction to the CityHunters App and the iPads, colleagues were split into six teams. The iPad acted as the central hub: navigation, tasks, the live scoreboard and little surprises accompanied the groups as they made their way through the city. This is a completely new way to enjoy a team building experience in Warsaw.
The teams explored well-known spots and hidden details of the city centre – passing iconic landmarks like the Palace of Culture and Science, the Royal Castle and Sigismund's Column. At each stop there were interactive puzzles and creative team challenges that tested observation, communication and ingenuity. The atmosphere was consistently cheerful and motivating, with laughter, strategic discussions and small cheers of victory.
Throughout the tour the groups were on their own, competing in friendly rivalry for the highest score. I was available by phone at any time if technical questions or uncertainties arose. The CityHunters App connected all teams in real time and displayed the scores, an extra boost of motivation for the competition and the team building experience in Warsaw.
After exactly two hours all teams met again at the Copernicus Monument for the awards ceremony. The top spot went to Team Invicible with 100 points. Second place went to The Evangelists with 90 points, closely followed by Warsawa Tiger, also with 90 points. The mood at the awards was exuberant and proud.
Such iPad Tours combine modern technology with playful learning and strengthen team cohesion for the long term. A team building experience in Warsaw is not only fun but also creates memories and shared moments of success.
It was a great afternoon full of team spirit, discoveries and good cheer, a perfect opportunity to make the next company event in Warsaw digital, interactive and sustainable.
