Team Building Event Röder GmbH
Ulm once again showed how well history, charm and team spirit fit together.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event for Röder GmbH on the Market Square on July 5, 2024, at 3:00 pm. Twenty-four colleagues met there, received a warm welcome and were split into three teams. After a brief introduction to the format and the technology, the groups set off on their adventure through the city — ready for fun, puzzles and real teamwork.
The route took the teams past landmarks like Ulm Minster and the town hall, and hidden corners around Museum Ulm provided plenty of surprises. Along the way the teams collected points by solving tricky puzzles and completing creative team tasks. Each group was on its own in a friendly competition: ambition and good spirits all around — true team building experience in Ulm.
During the tour I was reachable by phone in case questions came up or a small hint was needed. The weather played along perfectly, so the atmosphere stayed lively and relaxed. Watching colleagues puzzle things out together, laugh and support one another shows exactly why a team building experience in Ulm is so valuable: it brings people together, boosts motivation and is simply fun.
After two hours everyone met back on the Market Square for the awards. First place went to team Röder 3 with a proud 210 points, followed by team Röder Sauhaufen with 195 points and team Donausurfer with 135 points. Applause and beaming faces — a moment that will be remembered for a long time.
Geocaching with CityHunters combines adventure, discovery and genuine team spirit. Anyone wanting to see Ulm in a new light while strengthening collaboration will find a particularly lovely mix of sightseeing and playful competition in a team building experience in Ulm.
I already look forward to the next adventure in this vibrant city.
