Team Building Event PKF FASSELT Partnerschaft mbB Wirtschaftsprüfungsg
The sun shone all afternoon — perfect weather for an active urban adventure.
On July 5, 2024 at 3:00 pm I had the pleasure of serving as a team guide for CityHunters during a Geocaching event for PKF FASSELT Partnerschaft mbB auditing firm in Berlin. The 30 participants met at S-Bahn station Friedrichshagen, where I welcomed them and gave a brief overview of the schedule. After a short briefing we split into seven small teams and equipped each group with a tablet and the CityHunters app, so everyone was ready to explore Berlin on their own.
The route took us across the lovely neighborhood — a great opportunity for a genuine team building experience in Berlin. Teams followed coordinates, solved puzzles and completed collaborative challenges to earn points. The tasks led them to both well-known and hidden spots, from historic corners to green oases. Particularly popular were stations near Schloss Treptow-Köpenick, Rathaus Treptow-Köpenick and Volkspark Treptow-Köpenick, each offering exciting stories and activities.
The competitive element added extra energy: each group operated independently, aiming to collect as many points as possible. I stayed reachable by phone the whole time in case questions or technical issues arose, so support was always available even while teams were out on their own. Events like this create not only shared memories but also concrete moments that strengthen team bonds.
After exactly three hours everyone reconvened at S-Bahn Friedrichshagen for the awards ceremony. Excitement, applause and plenty of laughter accompanied the announcement of the winning teams. Experiences like these demonstrate how much fun and cohesion a Geocaching event can generate — ideal for a team building experience in Berlin.
A team building experience in Berlin with CityHunters combines adventure, competition and shared successes. I look forward to the next time we explore the city together and watch teams grow closer.
