Team Building Event Digital Mobility Leasing GmbH
The 23 participants from Digital Mobility Leasing GmbH met on July 4, 2024 at 1:30 pm for the event start at the Nordhessen Arena in Kassel. As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction and divided everyone into teams — five teams set off in total. After a short briefing each group received a tablet with our app so they were fully equipped for the adventure.
Then our Geocaching route across the city began, a perfect example of a team building experience in Kassel. The stations led to well-known spots and hidden corners alike, passing the Fridericianum, the Orangerie and the Ottoneum along with other sights. Through puzzles and team tasks the teams collected points; creative solutions and careful observation were required. During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly spirit.
I was reachable by phone throughout the game in case any questions or technical problems arose. The weather played along and added to the relaxed atmosphere: sunny, motivated and full of energy. After three hours all groups returned to the Nordhessen Arena to review the results and celebrate the award ceremony together. Moments like these show how much a team building experience in Kassel brings people together and creates lasting memories.
The results produced some exciting standings: in first place was team Sieger with 360 points, followed by 3 Engel für Max with 345 points. Third place went to Die Polarfüchse with 315 points. Congratulations to all participants — the effort was strong and the mood consistently fair and cheerful.
Geocaching with CityHunters offers a great mix of exploration, puzzles and team spirit. Whether on a company outing or at a company summer party, a team building experience in Kassel creates closeness, encourages cooperation and is simply fun. I am already looking forward to the next time we rediscover Kassel together, perhaps with a new look at Martinskirche or the Marmorbad as the next stage.
