Team Building Event Bayerische Versorgungskammer
The sun was shining and the weather was simply perfect for our Murder Mystery Geocaching through Old Town.
As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed ten enthusiastic participants from the Bayerische Versorgungskammer at Max-Joseph-Platz on June 25, 2024 at 1:00 PM. After a brief greeting and a short briefing in line with our concept for team building experience in Old Town we split the group into two teams. The mood was eager and full of anticipation.
Each team received a tablet with our special app that displayed the crime scenes and presented the next puzzles. The teams then set off to gather clues, analyze traces, and solve tasks together. On the tour through the city the groups passed well-known sights such as the Frauenkirche, the Deutsches Museum and the New Town Hall, which became the settings for mysterious cases — a great opportunity to discover Old Town from a new perspective.
For three hours the teams were left to their own devices and engaged in a friendly competition for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and creative team tasks that fostered cohesion and enabled genuine team building experience in Old Town. I was available by phone throughout the tour to provide assistance if needed.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at Max-Joseph-Platz for the joint award ceremony. The tension was high and then the joy: the winning team Einkaufskripo secured first place with 225 points, closely followed by Die Stabheuschrecken with 210 points. Congratulations and a brief moment of shared pride rounded off the afternoon.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching once again demonstrated how much fun and added value a well-designed team building event can deliver. Whether puzzling by the Isar, exploring historic squares or solving tasks together, team building experience in Old Town brings people together, motivates and creates lasting memories. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in this vibrant city.
