Team Building Event Consumer Panel Germany GfK GmbH
On June 25, 2024, under bright sunshine we kicked off our Geocaching adventure in Nuremberg — a perfect day for a team building experience in Nuremberg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 13 participants from Consumer Panel Germany GfK GmbH at the flea market. After a short introduction to the schedule and the technology we split the group into two teams and prepared the tablets with the CityHunters app. The anticipation was palpable and the smiles were big.
With clear coordinates and exciting tasks in hand the teams set off to explore Nuremberg on their own. The route led them past well-known sights such as Nuremberg Castle, the Church of Our Lady and the Albrecht Dürer House — wonderful settings for tricky puzzles and creative team challenges. Each stop offered new puzzle fun and opportunities to find solutions together.
Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for successfully completed team tasks. During the tour the groups were completely independent and competed against each other in good spirit. I was available by phone at all times in case support was needed or a technical problem arose.
team building experience in Nuremberg showed its best side that morning: cooperation, communication and shared fun were at the center. You could see colleagues encouraging one another, switching perspectives and bringing creative ideas together — exactly what makes a successful team building event.
After about 2.5 hours everyone met back at the flea market for the awards ceremony. The tension was high and then the winner was announced. The winning team Die besser Hälfte secured first place with zero points. An unusual but cheerful twist that rounded the day off nicely.
Experiences like this stay with a team: team building experience in Nuremberg combines playful challenges with city exploration and creates lasting memories. Anyone wanting to rediscover Nuremberg and who values shared growth will experience a lively and motivating event with CityHunters.
