As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming the group from Privates Pflegehaus Altheim GmbH on 21.06.2024 at 15:00. Sixteen colleagues met at Hugo-Rupf-Platz, received a warm briefing and were split into five teams. The mood quickly relaxed: there was excitement in the air about exploring, playing and solving puzzles together.
Our iPad Tour blends history, culture and cutting-edge technology, a real highlight for team building experiences in Heidenheim an der Brenz. Using the CityHunters app on the iPads, teams navigated to various stops where interactive puzzles and creative team tasks awaited. Whether by the impressive walls of Schloss Hellenstein, near the Naturtheater Heidenheim or at the Kunstmuseum Heidenheim, there was always something new to discover and challenges that called for cooperation and inventiveness.
During the tour the groups were on their own and competed in good spirit to earn the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing tasks together. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any questions or small technical hitches came up, so the flow stayed intact and the fun was uninterrupted.
The weather was pleasant and provided ideal conditions for exploring the city center. Moments like these encourage togetherness: shared laughter, strategy discussions and the pride in completed challenges — a genuine team building experience in Heidenheim an der Brenz.
After about three hours everyone returned to Hugo-Rupf-Platz for the awards ceremony. Special praise went to the winning team Crazy Altheim, a success that put wide smiles on all participants faces, no matter the final scores. This iPad Tour once again showed how much energy and connection an interactive city experience can generate.
