Team Building Event Schyns GmbH

The 27 participants from Schyns GmbH met eagerly at Josef-Görres-Platz on 21 June 2024 at 2:30 PM, excited for a joint CityHunters Geocaching tour through Koblenz.

As team guide I warmly welcomed the group, outlined the schedule and handed each team a tablet with the CityHunters app preinstalled. After a brief introduction the five teams set off, ready to compete for the most points.

During the tour the groups were on their own, solving tricky puzzles and creative team tasks to collect points. The challenges required communication, problem solving and a shared enjoyment of finding solutions, exactly what a team building experience in Koblenz is all about.

Our route led participants to well known and hidden spots around the city. Between modern squares and historic corners we visited highlights such as the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument at the Deutsches Eck and St. Kastor Church. At each station there were short stories and tasks that sparked curiosity and sharpened attention to detail.

I stayed reachable by phone throughout the tour in case teams had questions or needed support. That gave everyone the confidence to focus fully on the tasks and the shared team spirit.

After 2.5 hours all teams returned to Josef-Görres-Platz for the award ceremony. While we reviewed the results and presented the prizes the atmosphere was lively and the teams celebrated their successes. The weather cooperated, it was pleasant and added to the positive mood.

This Geocaching event once again demonstrated how well playful challenges bring people together: shared experiences, creative solutions and plenty of laughter strengthened collaboration. A team building experience in Koblenz can be both simple and highly effective.

Whether for a company outing or a team building event, anyone who wants to rediscover Koblenz will experience not only sights but genuine team strengthening on our tours. A team building experience in Koblenz will stay with participants for a long time.
