Team Building Event VCM Morgenthaler GmbH
Endingen am Kaiserstuhl greets visitors with historic charm, winding lanes and striking views of the vineyards – the perfect setting for a shared experience.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 38 colleagues from VCM Morgenthaler GmbH on June 21, 2024 at 3:00 PM. We met at the Festhalle in Bischoffingen on Sinnweg, where our Geocaching tour began. After a brief introduction we explained the schedule, handed out the equipment and formed six motivated teams.
The team building experience in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl revealed its best side quickly: the mix of puzzle solving, navigation and creative team tasks produced plenty of laughter, a great atmosphere and genuine teamwork. Armed with tablets and our CityHunters app, the teams set off, discovered historic spots and experienced the town in a completely new way – passing landmarks such as St. Peter, the Endingen complex and the Sipplingen complex.
Over the roughly three hours the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for successfully completing challenges that allowed every team member to contribute. I remained available by phone throughout the tour to help with questions or minor issues.
The weather was quite pleasant and, with comfortable temperatures, helped keep the day relaxed – just right for soaking up the atmosphere of Endingen am Kaiserstuhl. After the scheduled time all groups met back at the Festhalle for a joint debrief and awards ceremony.
The delightful finish to the afternoon: the winning team Mezzo Mix claimed victory with 0 points on the scoreboard – a moment that brought lots of laughter and warm applause. Moments like these show how the team building experience in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl brings people together and stays memorable.
