Team Building Event puravida personalmarketing + event GmbH
On June 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM I had the pleasure as a CityHunters team guide to lead a fantastic Geocaching event for puravida personalmarketing + event GmbH in Mitte. The meeting point was the Palais am Festungsgraben, where I welcomed the 19 participants, gave a brief introduction to the rules and explained the technology. After that four teams set off on a discovery tour through the city.
With tablets and the CityHunters app in hand, the teams began their tour and explored Mitte in a whole new way. The tasks led them to both well-known and surprising places — past the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Reichstag — and brought attention to small details that are often overlooked in everyday life. That combination is what makes our approach to team building experience in Mitte so special: urban discovery, puzzle fun and shared moments of success all in one.
During the tour the groups were on their own and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for successful team tasks. I was reachable by phone the entire time in case of questions or technical issues — most situations the teams resolved themselves with creativity and collaboration.
The weather played along and contributed noticeably to the good mood. Laughter, strategic discussions and small aha moments followed one another — a real experience for the colleagues. Moments like these show why a team building experience in Mitte can be so effective: it creates connections and strengthens shared motivation.
After three hours everyone met again at the Palais am Festungsgraben for the awards ceremony. Exciting until the very end: first place went to the team fabulous 4 with 300 points. They were followed by Energy Berlin with 255 points and energyhunters with 240 points. The teams were visibly happy and proud.
