Team Building Event TMF
The great weather made our Geocaching tour in Mödling perfect and kept everyone in high spirits.
As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 23 enthusiastic employees from TMF at Museum Mödling – Thonetschlössl, Josef Deutsch-Platz on 14 June 2024 at 15:00. After a short introduction to the format and the distribution of tablets with the CityHunters app, the participants were divided into four teams and set off. Experiences like this are, to me, the epitome of a team building experience in Mödling: playful, exciting and close to the citys most beautiful corners.
The route took the teams to well known sights such as Liechtenstein Castle, the Othmarkirche and the Schönberg House. Along the way the groups solved puzzles, searched for hidden clues and tackled creative team challenges, all competing for the highest score. During the tour the teams were completely independent; I was reachable by phone if help was needed.
Geocaching in Mödling combines city exploration with teamwork: the tasks required problem solving, communication and inventiveness. Laughter, discussion and celebration kept breaking out whenever a challenge was completed. That strengthens bonds and makes clear why a team building experience in Mödling is so valuable.
After three hours everyone met back at the Thonetschlössl for the awards ceremony. Excitement was in the air as the points were added up: first place went to the team Die Drei ??? with 320 points. Following them were TKKG and 5 Freunde with 305 points each. The winning team received well deserved medals and much applause, a lovely finale to an intense, cheerful event.
