Team Building Event KLIFOVET GmbH
On June 11, 2024 at 3:00 pm, 40 motivated colleagues from KLIFOVET GmbH met at Odeonsplatz to kick off an active team building experience.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters App. After a short briefing the participants were split into seven teams and each team received an iPad as the hub of the high-tech Scavenger Hunt. Our iPad Tour thus combines history, culture and modern technology — a real highlight for any team building experience in Old Town.
The teams set off independently and explored Old Town, visiting well-known sights such as the Frauenkirche, the Deutsches Museum and the New Town Hall. At several stations interactive tasks and creative puzzles tested observation skills, ingenuity and, above all, teamwork. The CityHunters App connected all teams in real time, displayed the scores and offered a motivating live chat — ideal for lively team building experiences in Old Town.
During the roughly three-hour tour I was reachable by phone in case any questions or technical problems arose. The teams competed in a friendly rivalry and collected points by correctly solving puzzles and completing team challenges. The sunny weather added to the upbeat atmosphere and made the city exploration an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
After exactly three hours all groups returned to Odeonsplatz for the award ceremony. In a cheerful gathering achievements were acknowledged and the winner announced: Team Pommes frittes came out on top — surprisingly with 0 points, which produced many laughs and underlined the relaxed, positive mood.
This event once again showed that team building experiences in Old Town can be playful, exciting and unifying.
