Team Building Event COMPIRICUS GmbH
The event concept blends playful discovery, puzzle fun, and shared team spirit — exactly what a team building experience in Prague is all about.
As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 41 colleagues from COMPIRICUS GmbH on June 7, 2024. We met at the lively Václavské náměstí, where I gave a brief introduction to the teams, handed out tablets with our CityHunters app, and explained the schedule. The participants were then divided into seven teams and set off through Prague full of anticipation.
The route took the groups to both well-known and hidden spots in the city — past the Charles Bridge, St. Vitus Cathedral, and the Prague Astronomical Clock — offering plenty of chances to rediscover Prague. For three hours the teams were on their own, competing in good-natured rivalry: points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing team tasks. The team building experience in Prague shone at its best here: communication, creativity, and collaborative planning were required.
I remained reachable by phone during the tour in case any questions or technical problems arose. The tablets guided the groups safely back to the starting point, where, when time was up, we reconvened for the awards ceremony — again at Václavské náměstí.
The weather cooperated and added to the overall positive atmosphere. Special congratulations to the winning team Team fantastische fünf with an impressive 360 points. In second place was Team Two with 255 points, closely followed by Pafu Pafu in third, also with 255 points. The top three teams received well-deserved medals and plenty of applause.
Experiences like this stick with you: Geocaching combines sights, puzzles, and shared moments — an ideal mix for a team building experience in Prague. It fills me with joy every time to see how individual people come together to become true teams.
