Team Building Event Praxis RM
The weather couldn't have been better – sunny and inviting, just right for an exciting morning in Hanover.
As a team guide for CityHunters, I led a Murder Mystery Geocaching for the company Praxis RM on June 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Thirty-two motivated participants met at Opernplatz, where I welcomed them and gave a brief rundown of the schedule. We then formed five teams and equipped them with tablets running our special app, which displayed the cases and stations.
From Opernplatz the route took the teams across Hanover, past well-known spots like the New Town Hall, the Leineschloss and the Market Church. These landmarks became exciting scenes where clues had to be collected, puzzles solved and team challenges completed. The drive was palpable: all teams worked with focus, exchanged ideas and combined their strengths.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching put fun first while also boosting team spirit — a genuine team building experience in Hanover that made collaboration and communication tangible. During the two-hour tour the groups moved independently, competing for the highest score. I remained available by phone for any questions or technical issues, so every team could operate confidently and autonomously.
After exactly two hours we met back at Opernplatz for the awards ceremony. The excitement was high: first place went to the team Paper, Coffee & Apache with 240 points. Second place went to Fritz Harmann, also with 240 points. In third place were Die pfefferkörner with 180 points — a deserved success for all involved.
The positive atmosphere and the many smiling faces showed how effective this experience was for bringing people together. Anyone who wants to discover Hanover while deliberately strengthening team dynamics will find Murder Mystery Geocaching an ideal blend of adventure and cooperation. A team building experience in Hanover can be inspiring, engaging and connecting.
