Team Building Event Schwarz + Rühmland Insolvenzverwaltungen GbR
Perfect weather accompanied us on this special day – sunshine, a light breeze and high spirits as I welcomed the team from Schwarz + Rühmland Insolvenzverwaltungen GbR in Brunswick at 12:15 PM on June 6, 2024.
The meeting point was Kurt-Schumacher-Straße at the raft station, where 29 participants gathered. After a brief introduction I split the group into five teams and explained how our Geocaching event would work. Armed with our app and the challenge tasks, the teams set off independently to rediscover Brunswick – a genuine team building experience that combined fun, movement and creative thinking.
The route took us to both well-known and hidden corners of the city: between Brunswick Cathedral, Dankwarderode Castle and the Herzog Anton Ulrich Museum there was puzzling, discussion and laughter. Tasks ranged from tricky riddles to creative team challenges, with points awarded for correct solutions. The competition was keen but friendly, exactly what makes a team building experience in Brunswick so valuable.
During the tour the teams were completely self-sufficient, although I remained reachable by phone in case help was needed. That kept the excitement alive and allowed participants to find solutions on their own while showcasing different strengths within the teams. Shared experiences like this bring people together and create lasting team building memories in Brunswick.
After about two and a half hours everyone returned to the raft station for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was fantastic as the winning team Murmeltier took the trophy with 315 points. In second place came Die Alleskönner with 285 points, closely followed by team Attacke, also with 285 points. Applause, photos and satisfied smiles rounded off the finale.
Events like this demonstrate how lively and varied a team building experience in Brunswick can be: a mix of city history, puzzles and team spirit set against landmarks such as Brunswick Palace or the Liberei. I am already looking forward to the next adventure with a new group in this charming city.
