Team Building Event Fairscape
Under bright sunshine our iPad Tour kicked off — perfect weather for a successful team building event. As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 70 employees from Fairscape on June 4, 2024 at 10:30 and meeting the groups at the restaurant Bootshaus on Schaumainkai.
After a short briefing on the CityHunters app and how to use the iPads we split the group into 11 teams. Each team received an iPad as the hub of the tour and set off energized: team building experience in Frankfurt, interactive and great fun. The tasks led teams past famous sites such as the Römer, the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the Alte Oper — an ideal mix of city exploration, culture and clever challenges.
During the tour teams were on their own and enjoyed a friendly competition for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and joint team tasks that required observation, communication and creativity. The CityHunters app connected the teams in real time, showed interim results and provided extra motivation. Of course I was reachable by phone throughout in case any questions or small issues came up.
After about 2.25 hours all teams returned to Bootshaus for a cheerful awards ceremony. It was wonderful to see colleagues come together playfully and become a stronger team — a true team building experience in Frankfurt. The atmosphere was lively and the successes will surely be talked about for a long time.
