Team Building Event Fielmann AG &Co. OHG
Eberswalde enchants with its historic charm, green oases and lively squares — a perfect setting for an active company outing. On June 1, 2024 at 3:00 PM I had the pleasure, as a CityHunters team guide, of welcoming the group from Fielmann AG & Co. OHG, nine participants in total, at Eberswalde Market Square. After a short introduction I explained the schedule, distributed the tablets with the preinstalled CityHunters app and split the group into two teams. That let everyone jump straight into the exciting world of Geocaching.
With precise coordinates and a variety of tasks, the teams set off on a discovery tour through Eberswalde. Whether at the Maria-Magdalenen-Kirche, the Forstbotanischer Garten or on the Bahnhofsbrücke, puzzles, small team challenges and hidden clues waited everywhere to earn points. Some tasks demanded brainpower to crack codes, others creative solutions and solid teamwork to complete. The teams were on their own and enjoyed a friendly competition; I was available by phone in case of technical questions or clarifications.
The weather cooperated, and the mood was at once lively and focused — the perfect mix for a successful team building experience in Eberswalde. The combination of sightseeing, puzzles and collaborative problem solving produced many small moments of success and strengthened the sense of togetherness. Along the way participants enjoyed the city’s atmosphere, discovered charming spots around the Johanniskirche and the Paul-Wunderlich-Haus, and already planned their next tactical move while solving challenges.
After two hours all teams reconvened at the Market Square for the awards ceremony. Excitement, applause and plenty of laughter accompanied the announcement of the winning team — a perfect finish to this team adventure.
