Team Building Event Eurogate Technical Services GmbH

On 30.05.2024 at 16:00 I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event as a CityHunters team guide for 22 employees of Eurogate Technical Services GmbH. We met at the Fischkai in Bremerhaven, where I warmly welcomed the group and gave a brief rundown of the plan. The participants were then divided into five teams and equipped with tablets and our CityHunters app, and our experience began: a true team building experience in Bremerhaven.
The mood was immediately positive: curiosity, competitive spirit and a desire to solve things together were clearly noticeable. During the tour the teams moved independently and collected points by correctly solving puzzles and completing creative team tasks. I stayed reachable by phone throughout in case any questions or minor issues arose.
Our route took the groups to typical city highlights. Klimahaus Bremerhaven offered several moments of discovery, the U-boat Wilhelm Bauer sparked maritime enthusiasm, and the Bremerhaven lighthouse provided a perfect backdrop for team photos and tasks with a view. Stops like these make our team building experience in Bremerhaven a varied discovery tour.
The weather was on the pleasant side — not overly sunny but comfortable and ideal for being active outdoors. Those conditions helped everyone stay energetic and kept the fun going.
After three hours all teams reconvened at the Fischkai for the award ceremony. Moments of suspense, lots of laughter and a genuine sense of camaraderie shaped the finale. Watching colleagues support one another and celebrate together was, as a guide, the highlight for me: team building experience in Bremerhaven in action.
