Team Building Event AIG
Our iPad Tour combines history, culture and cutting-edge technology — an event concept that creates a lively team building experience in Warsaw and lets participants discover the city in a playful way.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming a group of 35 AIG employees on May 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM. The meeting point was the Copernicus Monument, where I greeted the teams and gave a brief introduction to using the iPads and the schedule. The group was split into five teams, and then the adventure through the streets and squares of Warsaw began.
In perfect weather the teams set off independently, with the CityHunters app as their guide. In the race for the most points observation, creativity and teamwork were required: points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for joint team tasks. I remained reachable by phone throughout the game to provide quick support with any questions or technical issues, so the fun could continue uninterrupted.
The tour led the teams past impressive sights such as the Palace of Culture and Science, the Royal Castle and Sigismund's Column. It was not just a test of navigation but above all a boost to team spirit. You could feel the energy and laughter of the participants again and again — a true example of what an effective team building experience in Warsaw can look like.
After about 1 hour and 45 minutes all groups met again at the Copernicus Monument for the awards ceremony. The mood was high-spirited, the tasks left room for surprises and creative solutions, and when the scores were announced the joy over successful teamwork was clearly visible. Moments like these show how much an interactive city experience strengthens cohesion.
The iPad Tour is a wonderful way for colleagues to get to know each other better in a relaxed yet challenging environment. A team building experience in Warsaw becomes a fun, inspiring occasion — ideal for ending the workday with energy and a smile.
