Team Building Event EnKK Kernkraft GmbH
Edesheim enchants with its historic charm, winding alleys and idyllic vineyards — the perfect setting for exploring together.
As a CityHunters team guide, I led a lively Geocaching tour on 16.05.2024 at 3:00 PM for 12 colleagues from EnKK Kernkraft GmbH. The meeting point was Ludwigstraße, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief outline of the schedule. After a quick split into two teams, the groups received the necessary clues and a tablet with our CityHunters app so the adventure could begin.
Our motto for the afternoon: an active team building experience in Edesheim. The teams set off through the town, following coordinates to well-known and hidden spots. Between stations such as the synagogue, Edesheim Castle and the Anselmann winery, there were tricky puzzles and creative team tasks that could only be solved together. This generated real togetherness — laughter, thinking and shared moments of success included.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and competed in friendly rivalry to collect the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving the puzzles and successfully completing tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout to provide quick support with questions or technical problems.
The weather cooperated — sunny and pleasant — and contributed greatly to the good mood. After exactly three hours everyone returned to the starting point on Ludwigstraße for the award ceremony. In an exciting finale the winning team was decided: the team Probeteam claimed victory — with 0 points to their name, much to the amusement of everyone involved.
Geocaching combines a spirit of discovery with team spirit and is an excellent team building experience. For me, a team building experience in Edesheim means bringing people together, experiencing the town in a new way and seeing genuine collaboration emerge.
