Team Building Event All for One Group SE
The town of Ettlingen welcomed us with its unmistakable charm and provided the perfect backdrop for a special company event.
As the CityHunters team guide, I met 55 employees of All for One Group SE at the Georgsbrunnen on the market square at 2:00 PM on May 6, 2024. After a short introduction and a quick run-through of our CityHunters app, participants received their tablets and were split into 11 teams. That was the start of our Geocaching adventure — a wonderful example of a team building experience in Ettlingen.
The route led the groups across the old town, past well-known sights such as Ettlingen Castle, the Musicians Fountain and St. Martin’s Church. At each stop there were puzzles and team challenges that called for creativity, communication and a keen eye. The teams worked independently and competed in good spirits to score the most points.
I stayed available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues came up. The atmosphere was a mix of high spirits and focus — the weather was decent and, together with the historic setting, created a relaxed mood. This Geocaching format blends fun with purposeful collaboration and shows how shared challenges can bring people closer together: genuine team building experience in Ettlingen.
After roughly three hours all teams met back at the Georgsbrunnen for the award ceremony. It was fascinating to see how differently teams approached the tasks and which strategies they used. The winning team named Winner ultimately took first place — with 0 points, an anecdote that will keep everyone laughing for a long time.
Team building experience in Ettlingen thrives on discovery, friendly competition and shared successes. Whether solving tricky puzzles in front of the Bismarck Tower or chatting spontaneously on the market square, participants experienced the city anew while improving how they work together.
