Team Building Event PM-International AG
The City of Brussels is full of history, culture and unexpected corners, making it perfect for a shared adventure.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a lively iPad Tour experience on April 28, 2024 for 33 employees of PM-International AG. We met at 9 AM at the NH Brussels Bloom hotel on Rue Royale, where I warmly welcomed the groups and gave a short introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app. The participants were then divided into five teams and the team building experience in the City of Brussels began.
The tour took the teams across the city center of the City of Brussels, past well known sights such as the Grand-Place, Manneken Pis and the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula. Interactive puzzles, creative team tasks and small challenges awaited them everywhere, demanding not only observation but also communication and cohesion. Each team used its iPad as a hub, collected points and organized the tasks independently, turning it into a real competition for the highest score while keeping fun and collaboration at the forefront.
While the groups explored the city on their own, I was always reachable by phone to help with questions or technical issues. The good weather added to the positive mood and made the city exploration even more enjoyable. In this way a simple city tour quickly became a dynamic team building event that specifically fostered the team building experience in the City of Brussels.
After exactly three hours all teams returned to the starting point for the joint awards ceremony. The atmosphere was jubilant, there was plenty of laughter, results were compared and the top performances celebrated. It was especially rewarding to see colleagues come closer together while solving the tasks and to discover new sides of one another.
The iPad Tour in the City of Brussels combines modern technology with a playful team building experience and leaves lasting impressions. As a guide it was a pleasure to watch how individual strengths merged into a strong team. Team building experience in the City of Brussels can be this simple, effective and above all fun.
