Team Building Event Römer Apotheke
The 20 participants from Römer Apotheke met punctually on April 27, 2024 at 3:30 PM on Josef-Görres-Platz, ready for an exciting Scavenger Hunt through Koblenz.
As the CityHunters team guide I warmly welcomed the group and divided them into three teams. After a brief introduction to the schedule and an explanation of the rules the teams received the tools they needed to explore the city. Thus began our special team building experience in Koblenz: full of curiosity, smiling faces and eager looks.
The tour took the groups to well-known and surprising spots around Koblenz. Stops around the Deutsches Eck with the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument, the imposing Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the elegant Electoral Palace provided not only beautiful backdrops but also exciting challenges. At each station teams had to solve puzzles and complete creative group tasks — points were awarded for clever solutions and good teamwork.
The three teams were on their own during the roughly three-hour event and engaged in a fair competition for the most points. I remained reachable by phone in case questions or technical problems arose, which helped ensure that all groups stayed motivated. The weather cooperated perfectly, the atmosphere was lively and the spirit of discovery was palpable: that is exactly what makes a team building experience in Koblenz so special.
After the agreed time everyone met back at Josef-Görres-Platz for the award ceremony. It was wonderful to see how the participants had bonded, laughed together and worked strategically. The winners were celebrated, but above all the shared experiences were what mattered most.
Geocaching with CityHunters is a wonderful way to design a team building experience in Koblenz in a playful way — whether discovering historic sites or solving tricky challenges. I am already looking forward to the next time we get to experience Koblenz again in an interactive and unifying way.
