Team Building Event Deloitte GmbH WPG
The ten participants from Deloitte GmbH WPG met on April 25, 2024 at 3:30 PM at Grabbeplatz to dive into the world of Geocaching.
As your CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group, gave a brief overview of the plan and formed the two teams. Our Geocaching tour in Düsseldorf began with a concise briefing: tablets with the CityHunters app, the key rules and tips for the tasks. Right from the start you could feel the anticipation — just the right mood for a genuine team building experience in Düsseldorf.
The two teams set off and explored the city centre on their own. The route passed well-known spots and led into hidden corners many had not seen before. Along the way there were tricky puzzles, creative team challenges and stations that invited cooperation. Points were awarded for correctly solved tasks and clever teamwork — the exact ingredients that make a team building experience in Düsseldorf so special.
The weather was fine and friendly enough for everyone to enjoy the game in good spirits. Between stops like the Museum Kunstpalast, a view of the Rheinturm and a short stroll along the Königsallee there were many moments that brought team spirit and curiosity to the surface. Düsseldorf provided the perfect backdrop.
During the three hours I was reachable by phone in case questions arose or assistance was needed. The teams made use of their strengths, divided tasks and laughed a lot — in the spirit of an experience-oriented team building event. Geocaching in Düsseldorf combines sightseeing with active challenges and creates lasting memories.
After exactly three hours we met again at Grabbeplatz for the awards ceremony. The excitement was high when the results were announced: the winning team was Die Ersten with 0 points — an unexpected but cheerful ending for everyone involved. The joint reflection and the exchange after the game showed how much this experience had strengthened the sense of togetherness.
Team building experience in Düsseldorf thrives on moments like these: play, discovery and shared success. I am glad we could experience this special time together and look forward to the next adventure in Düsseldorf.
