Team Building Event Schön Klinik Holding SE
Old Town showed its lively, if stormy, side that afternoon, and that is what made our tour so exciting. On April 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM I welcomed as a CityHunters team guide 40 participants from Schön Klinik Holding SE in front of the Schön Klinik on Harlachinger Straße and led them into a true team building experience in Old Town.
After a brief introduction and a compact tutorial on the iPad and the CityHunters app I divided the group into seven teams. Each team received an iPad as the key to the digital Scavenger Hunt: the map, location display and clues guided the teams across the city, past landmarks such as the Frauenkirche, the Deutsches Museum and the New Town Hall. The tasks ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team challenges, all designed to foster collaboration and communication. This is how a modern team building experience in Old Town works: playful, interactive and right in the heart of the city.
During the tour the teams were on their own and engaged in a friendly competition for the most points. I was of course reachable by phone in case technical or organizational questions arose. The weather challenged us, but with good spirits, appropriate jackets and a clear focus on fun and togetherness every shower became a moment that brought the team building experience even closer together — real team building in Old Town.
After three hours everyone met again at the starting point for the joint awards ceremony. The winning team was The First Hunters with 0 points. The ceremony included applause, photos and plenty of praise for creative solutions and mutual support.
