Team Building Event MEAG Munich ERGO AssetManagement GmbH
Our event concept brings together adventure, puzzle fun and shared experiences for a lively team building experience in Oberaudorf.
On April 11, 2024 at 4:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming the 27 participants from MEAG Munich ERGO AssetManagement GmbH at the Sporthotel Wilder Kaiser as a CityHunters team guide. After a short introduction and handing out the tablets with our CityHunters app, the participants were split into four teams and got ready to set off on an exciting tour through Oberaudorf.
The mood was immediately upbeat: curious faces, lively conversations and keen anticipation for the tasks ahead. Our Geocaching format combined puzzles, navigation and small team tasks where points could be earned. The teams were on their own during the tour and competed against each other in good-natured rivalry — every solved clue and every creative team effort scored valuable points.
The route led to charming spots and sights that showed Oberaudorf at its best. Exploring around Auerburg, the Luegstein cave castle and the Kahlanger-Schanze was especially enjoyable — places rich in history and character that were perfect for our interactive format. It was about more than finding locations; it was about experiencing things together and collaborating.
I stayed reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues came up. After two hours all teams met back at the Sporthotel Wilder Kaiser for the awards ceremony. The weather was on our side: pleasant and mild enough to keep spirits high and round off the afternoon perfectly.
Events like this always remind me how much shared puzzle-solving brings people together. A team building experience in Oberaudorf works naturally here through movement, communication and sharing small moments of success. Many thanks to the participants from MEAG for their dedication and good humor — it was a wonderful afternoon full of team spirit.
