Team Building Event Eaton Electric GmbH
Bonn captivates with its historic atmosphere and intriguing corners – the perfect setting for an exciting team building event. On April 9, 2024 at 4:30 PM I, as a CityHunters team guide, welcomed nine colleagues from Eaton Electric GmbH at Münsterplatz in Bonn and together we set off on a lively adventure.
After a brief introduction at the central meeting point I explained the format, showed how to use the tablets with the preinstalled CityHunters app and divided the group into two teams. The mood was immediately upbeat and curious: the team building experience in Bonn was meant to be hands-on, active and above all fun.
Armed with the first coordinates the teams made their way through the charming Bonn city centre. Along the route they faced challenges that demanded brainpower, creativity and cooperation – from cracking mysterious codes to small team tasks where every colleague could contribute. The clues led to well-known sights like the Bonn Minster, the Beethoven House and Poppelsdorf Palace, as well as to less obvious spots where surprises and aha moments awaited.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correct answers and imaginative team performances. As guide I was reachable by phone and provided support when needed – small questions could be answered quickly without disrupting the flow of the challenge. The weather cooperated and added to the relaxed atmosphere.
After about 2.5 hours everyone met again at Münsterplatz for the joint awards ceremony. The final minutes were exciting and smiles were big: the team building experience in Bonn proved the ideal setting to strengthen bonds, celebrate successes and rediscover the city from a fresh perspective.
