Team Building Event BRAHMS GmbH
On 14 March 2024 at 2:30 pm I had the pleasure of accompanying a Geocaching event for BRAHMS GmbH in Mitte as a CityHunters team guide. The meeting point was Dorothea-Schlegel-Platz, where I warmly welcomed the nine participants, briefly explained the plan and formed the teams — in the end two teams set off on an exciting hunt through the city.
After a short briefing each team received a tablet with the CityHunters app preinstalled. I explained how the app works what types of challenges to expect and what matters most in team tasks. Then the teams began their adventure: a team building experience in Mitte that was active and playful.
The route led the groups past impressive sights that make Mitte so special. While solving puzzles they kept glancing at familiar landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral — inspiring backdrops for creative thinking and shared solutions.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and engaged in a friendly competition for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks that required clever combinations good communication and sometimes a bit of courage. I stayed reachable by phone so I could quickly help with any questions.
The weather cooperated and the mood was upbeat and energetic. Laughter rang out ideas were discussed openly and small moments of success were celebrated. Those are exactly the moments that strengthen team spirit — a genuine team building experience in Mitte that’s fun and memorable.
After 2.5 hours everyone met back at Dorothea-Schlegel-Platz for the award ceremony. The results the shared toast and the brief exchange about the highlights of the tour rounded off the afternoon perfectly. You could feel how the group had grown closer.
Events like this show how a team building experience in Mitte combines hands-on activity culture and friendly competition into a valuable shared experience. I’m already looking forward to the next group who want to discover Mitte in this playful way.
