Team Building Event Kita Seegefelder Strolche

The weather was perfect – blue skies and fresh air accompanied our Geocaching day in Potsdam. On March 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM I met the 15 participants from Kita Seegefelder Strolche at Platz der Einheit as the CityHunters team guide and welcomed them to an active morning full of puzzles and shared experiences.

After a brief introduction and an explanation of the rules we split into three teams. Using the CityHunters app on tablets we set off: the teams followed coordinates, solved creative tasks, and earned points for correct answers and successful team challenges. During the tour the teams operated independently and competed against each other in a friendly way – I was reachable by phone at all times in case help was needed.

The route led through the heart of Potsdam in beautiful spring weather and offered surprise after surprise. Stations within sight of well-known spots like the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Barberini, and Potsdam City Palace created little aha moments and great photo opportunities. Those kinds of shared discoveries are exactly what make a team building experience in Potsdam so valuable: alongside the thrill of solving puzzles, real togetherness emerges.

It was great to see roles form within the groups – some people worked on codes, others noticed small details in the surroundings, and others kept the team spirit high. Laughter, focused faces, and small celebrations accompanied the tasks and noticeably strengthened trust and collaboration – genuine team building experience in Potsdam.

After three hours we met back at Platz der Einheit for the award ceremony. The tension was palpable as we tallied the points and announced the winners. More than the competition, though, what stayed with everyone was the shared pride: a successful day that brought camaraderie and fun together.

Events like this Geocaching outing show how varied a team building experience in Potsdam can be.

If you are up for a similar experience, I look forward to joining you on your next tour – discover Potsdam, solve puzzles, and grow even closer as a team.
