Team Building Event primion Technology GmbH
Frankfurt uniquely blends history and modernity, providing the perfect backdrop for shared discovery and wonder.
On March 1, 2024 I had the pleasure of guiding a Geocaching event for nine colleagues from primion Technology GmbH as a CityHunters team guide. We met at 9:30 AM at Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief rundown of the plan. That marked the start of an exciting morning full of puzzles, movement, and team spirit for everyone involved.
We split the group into two teams and equipped them with tablets and our app. After a short introduction the teams set off: a team building experience in Frankfurt works best when people solve tasks together, combine clues and exchange ideas spontaneously. The route led through the city center past sights like the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus, the Römer and the Alte Oper, with small puzzles and team challenges along the way that earned points.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles, creative team tasks and quickly finding clues. I stayed reachable by phone for any questions or technical issues and was happy to provide remote support without interfering in the teams’ creative process.
The weather played along, so the mood was cheerful and conversations relaxed — ideal for a team building experience in Frankfurt. After about two and a half hours everyone returned to Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz to review the results and honor the strongest performances in a small award ceremony. It was wonderful to see how collaboration, communication and good spirits translated into tangible success.
Once again it was impressive to witness how much fun and cohesion a program like this creates. A team building experience in Frankfurt offers not just action but lasting shared memories. I am already looking forward to the next event and to guiding more teams on discovery tours through this dynamic city.
