Team Building Event Consorz Finanz
Münster charms with its historic architecture and a lively urban atmosphere — the perfect setting for exciting team activities.
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of welcoming a cheerful group of 21 participants from Consorz Finanz at St.-Paulus Cathedral on the Domplatz on February 22, 2024 at 3:30 PM. After a short briefing the colleagues were split into four teams and given tablets with our special app — the heart of our Murder Mystery Geocaching. That kicked off an interactive murder mystery that let everyone experience Münster from a whole new angle.
The teams set off, passing well-known spots like the Prinzipalmarkt, the Prince-Bishop's Palace and the Town Hall. Along the route familiar sights became the scenes of mysterious cases where clues were collected, puzzles solved and small team challenges completed. The teams worked independently and faced each other in friendly competition — points were awarded for correct answers and good teamwork. I stayed available by phone the entire time in case anyone needed help.
The weather cooperated, spirits were high and the Murder Mystery Geocaching quickly turned into a shared experience. It was less about being the fastest and more about communication, creativity and making use of the different strengths within each team. Moments like these show how, through a team building experience in Münster, we can playfully foster cohesion and open up new perspectives.
After about two and a half hours all teams met back at the Domplatz for the final award ceremony. During the relaxed wrap-up it became clear that this event was not only great fun but also strengthened the team spirit. A team building experience in Münster offers exactly this mix of adventure, city exploration and real togetherness — an experience that will enrich everyday office life for a long time.
