Team Building Event Physiotherapie Elena Messer
Fourteen participants from Physiotherapie Elena Messer gathered on December 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM, full of anticipation, for the Xmas iPad Tour — a warm team building event that brought the team building experience in Erfurt to life in a playful way.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group at Kreuzgasse, briefly explained the schedule and split them into three teams. After a compact introduction to our app and the rules, we set off: festive lights, historic alleys and evocative scenes waited to be discovered.
The teams were then on their own, competing eagerly for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks — sometimes tricky, sometimes humorous, always designed to promote collaboration and communication. The perfect setting for a team building experience in Erfurt that combines fun with genuine teamwork.
On their route through Erfurt the teams passed well-known sights: from the imposing Erfurt Cathedral to the picturesque Krämerbrücke and the quiet Augustinerkloster. The Christmas atmosphere in the streets added extra charm to every task and made exploring the city something special.
Throughout the tour I was available by phone in case any questions or technical issues arose. This allowed the teams to focus fully on solving the tasks while knowing support was only a call away.
Thanks to the interactive app the excitement stayed high: real-time high scores showed the current standings, spurred peak performances and led to surprised exclamations and animated discussions among the teams. The mix of tricky puzzles and creative tasks made the tour varied and inclusive — ideal for a lasting team building experience in Erfurt.
After three hours all participants met back at Kreuzgasse for the award ceremony. The winning team was presented with medals amid applause and many beaming faces — a fitting close to an active and unifying afternoon.
