Team Building Event YOND GmbH
Frankfurt blends urban energy with unexpected corners that are perfect for shared adventures.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed the seven participants from YOND GmbH on October 27, 2023 at 11:00 — the meeting point was the café feinfrankfurt on Petersstraße. After a brief introduction and an explanation of the process, the teams received tablets with the CityHunters app and got ready, curious and motivated, for the game. This is how a team building experience starts in Frankfurt: with a clear briefing, digital tools and anticipation for what the city has to offer.
We split the group into two teams and soon set off: the participants wandered through the city center, discovered hidden spots and solved a variety of puzzles. The tasks required creativity, good communication and problem-solving skills — exactly the ingredients that make a team building experience in Frankfurt so valuable. While the teams competed amicably for points on their own, I stayed reachable by phone to help with any questions.
The route led past beautiful sights: a view of the Römer, a short stop near the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the impressive backdrop of the Alte Oper provided memorable snapshots. Frankfurt revealed itself as versatile: historical, vibrant and ideal for interactive exploration.
The weather was on our side — pleasant and just right for a city tour. After two intense hours everyone returned to the café feinfrankfurt for the joint award ceremony. Over hot drinks and in good spirits we celebrated successes, laughed about clever solutions and reflected on how team dynamics evolved during the challenges.
As a guide it was especially rewarding to see the colleagues from YOND GmbH solving problems together, complementing one another and having a great time. Geocaching with CityHunters is more than a game: it is a hands-on experience that brings a team building experience in Frankfurt to life and fosters long-lasting connections.
