Team Building Event Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG
Salzburg enchants with its blend of history and lively urban scenery, and it was here that we ran an exciting team building experience. At the Domplatz, 17 colleagues from Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG arrived on time for our start. After a brief welcome from me as the team guide we kicked off with a short briefing, the distribution of tablets with the CityHunters app and the split into three motivated teams.
The route took the groups across the Old Town, past Salzburg Cathedral, Hohensalzburg Fortress and the magnificent Mirabell Palace. At each station there were tricky puzzles and collaborative team tasks — just the right mix to spark each group’s creative potential. The participants were left to their own devices and competed in a friendly rivalry for the most points. I was available by phone throughout to help with any questions.
Typical autumn weather did nothing to dampen spirits: a light drizzle created a special, almost cinematic atmosphere and encouraged even more team cohesion. Conditions like that promote communication and togetherness — ideal for a team building experience in Salzburg. The mood was full of laughter, quick tactical huddles and pride in the tasks solved together.
After exactly two hours all teams returned to the Domplatz for the exciting awards ceremony. Congratulations to the winning team Hofbräu — the beaming faces made it clear that the victory was a special moment for everyone, even though the leaderboard looked surprising this time. In the end the focus was on fun, shared experiences and new connections.
