Team Building Event STADA
Oberursel (Taunus) enchants with its charming town center, historic facades and lively atmosphere – a perfect place for an engaging team building experience.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading an iPad Tour on 19 October 2023 for 11 colleagues from STADA. We met at the Dorint Hotel on Königsteiner Straße, where I warmly welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to using the iPads and to the schedule. After a short split into two teams the game began, and so our interactive adventure through Oberursel (Taunus) started.
The iPad Tour blends modern technology with city exploration and was just the thing for experiencing something new together. The teams set off, explored squares and narrow streets, solved puzzles at historic sites and collected points. Along the way we encountered landmarks such as St. Ursula, the Vortaunus Museum and the Alte Post, which provided plenty of aha moments. Team building experiences in Oberursel thrive on exploration, creative tasks and clever collaboration.
During the tour the groups were left to their own devices and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks, and of course for the best strategy. I remained reachable by phone to help with technical questions or if a team got temporarily stuck. That kept the game flowing and the fun always came first.
After three hours of intensive city exploration everyone met back at the Dorint Hotel for the awards ceremony. The mood was jubilant, the weather cooperated, and looking back over the route it became clear how much the event had strengthened the team spirit. The winning team received medals – a lovely finish to a successful team building event.
