Team Building Event Busreisen Tirol GmbH
Fifty-three enthusiastic colleagues from Busreisen Tirol GmbH gathered promptly on October 7, 2023 at 9:30 AM to start a special experience together in Bregenz.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at Kornmarktplatz and gave a brief introduction to the iPad Tour. The participants were split into nine teams and handed their iPads, and thus the high-tech Scavenger Hunt through the city center began. It quickly became clear that today was about team spirit, creative problem solving and enjoying the shared challenge. The mood was positive and engaged from the outset.
The teams set off on their own and explored Bregenz in a fresh, interactive way. Stops around Kunsthaus Bregenz, the Vorarlberg museum and the Martinsturm offered intriguing puzzles and varied team tasks. Points were awarded both for correctly solved riddles and for creative approaches to tasks that fostered collaboration. The CityHunters App constantly displayed the current scores, keeping the competition tangible and motivation high.
During the two hours the groups were largely on their own; I remained reachable by phone at all times in case of technical questions or queries about tasks. The weather cooperated, the sun accompanied the route and helped create a lively atmosphere — ideal conditions for a team building experience in Bregenz.
At the agreed time all teams returned to Kornmarktplatz for the joint award ceremony. Sharing experiences, surprising solutions and funny moments made clear how much a team building experience in Bregenz can achieve: communication was strengthened, roles within the groups emerged and new connections were formed.
As a guide it was rewarding to see how the mix of technology, local history and playful competition brought the group together. The iPad Tour is a perfect format for a team building experience in Bregenz — interactive, playful and with lasting impact.
