The 24 participants from SV SparkassenVersicherung gathered with eager anticipation to rediscover Wiesbaden together.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group promptly at the agreed meeting point on Bahnhofstraße in Wiesbaden on 04.10.2023 at 13:30. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, the guests were split into four teams and the adventure began: a team building experience in Wiesbaden at its liveliest.
The teams wandered the city center on their own, exploring fascinating corners and encountering tricky puzzles and creative team tasks along the way. Stops included the Marktkirche, Museum Wiesbaden and the Hessian State Theatre — perfect backdrops for exciting challenges and plenty of fun. Points were earned by solving puzzles or mastering tasks as a team, and a friendly competition quickly emerged that called for strategy, communication and strong teamwork. The team building experience in Wiesbaden thus came to life naturally.
Throughout the tour the CityHunters team and I remained reachable by phone for questions, without taking away the groups' space to work independently. The weather cooperated, spirits were high and motivating, and it was wonderful to see colleagues discover new sides of each other and celebrate successes together.
After about two and a half hours all teams regrouped on Bahnhofstraße for the awards ceremony. Tension was high when the winning team was announced, and the winners were delighted to receive small medals. It was a moment that rounded off the shared experience and once again underscored the positive effects of the team building experience in Wiesbaden.
