Team Building Event August Heuberbger GmbH
The 30 participants from August Heuberbger GmbH arrived punctually, brimming with anticipation for our shared adventure through Bratislava.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the ibis Bratislava Centrum, Zámocká, and gave a brief introduction to our high-tech Scavenger Hunt. After a short briefing on how to use the iPads and the CityHunters app, colleagues were split into five teams and our interactive team building event got underway.
The iPad Tour blended history, culture and modern technology in an entertaining way: the teams navigated the city center independently, worked on puzzles and completed creative team tasks. Along the way we encountered well-known city landmarks such as Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral and Grassalkovich Palace, all seen with fresh eyes. It is precisely this mix that makes our team building experience in Bratislava so special.
Throughout the tour the teams competed in a friendly rivalry for the most points, awarded for correctly solved tasks and especially successful team actions. The CityHunters app displayed the scores in real time and provided extra motivation. As guide I was available by phone to help with technical questions or uncertainties, otherwise the teams could concentrate fully on their strategy and working together.
The weather was on our side and the mood was both lively and focused. In just under two hours the groups explored the hidden corners of the Old Town and collected valuable points for their teams. Experiences like this are at the heart of what we offer and are genuine team building experiences in Bratislava: solving puzzles together, learning from each other and celebrating successes as a group.
At the end everyone met again at the ibis Bratislava Centrum, Zámocká, for the award ceremony. The winning team enjoyed well-deserved medals while we rounded off the afternoon in a positive team spirit.
