Team Building Event Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG
The 14 participants from Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG gathered on September 21, 2023 at 4:00 PM at the Market Square in Ludwigsburg, excited for the afternoon ahead.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed everyone at the central meeting point and gave a brief rundown of the schedule and rules. After a short briefing, the teams received the necessary clues and tablets with the CityHunters app preinstalled so everyone understood how the tour worked. Three teams were formed and off they went: a genuine experience full of puzzles, discoveries and shared challenges.
The route took the teams across the city and offered plenty of chances to see Ludwigsburg from a different angle. Whether near the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, with a view of Schloss Favorite, or along interesting corners within sight of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, the course mixed sights with tricky challenges. This team building experience in Ludwigsburg combined culture, fun and competition in a very pleasant way.
During the two-hour tour the teams worked independently: points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for creative team tasks. I remained reachable by phone to help with questions or technical issues — a few small hints were usually all that was needed before everyone was off again. The mood stayed upbeat, the weather cooperated, and the teams’ shared motivation was obvious.
After exactly two hours all teams met back at the Market Square for the award ceremony. There was laughter, score comparisons and plenty of stories shared. The suspense lasted until the end: the winning team was Fantastic 4, who surprisingly came out on top with 0 points — a moment that sparked lots of laughter and good spirits.
This team building experience in Ludwigsburg showed how shared challenges bring people together: each task strengthened cohesion, improved communication and brought colleagues closer. I look forward to the next time and to guiding more teams through their team building experience in Ludwigsburg.
