Team Building Event NeusslKPA
The weather was perfect for our Geocaching adventure in Mainz.
On September 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM I welcomed 32 colleagues from NeusslKPA to the Kupferbergterrasse as a CityHunters team guide. After a brief greeting and introduction we split the group into five teams and I explained how the tour would work. As usual, we equipped every team with tablets and the preinstalled CityHunters app so each group was ready to begin the city exploration.
The teams set off on the route independently and competed politely but determinedly for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and creative team tasks — from cracking codes to small photo challenges. While the teams discovered Mainz on their own, I was reachable by phone in case any questions or minor issues came up. Along the way we passed historic and charming spots like Mainz Cathedral, the Electoral Palace and the Drususstein, which added plenty of memorable impressions to the course.
The focus was on fun and shared experiences: plans were made, tasks were delegated and there was a lot of laughter. That is exactly what makes our concept so effective for a team building experience in Mainz — you can really see communication and cooperation deepen through play. Many participants immersed themselves in the stories of the city and used their individual strengths to help their teams move forward.
After three hours everyone regrouped at the Kupferbergterrasse for the award ceremony. The atmosphere was lively, the sun kept shining and the farewell photo showed many satisfied faces. Such experiences are ideal when companies are looking for a team building experience in Mainz: exciting, interactive and lasting in the team spirit.
I greatly enjoyed guiding the NeusslKPA group through the afternoon. If your team is curious too — we look forward to creating an unforgettable team building experience in Mainz with you.
