Team Building Event Arla Foods amba
The concept of our iPad Tour combines modern technology with playful exploration and sustainably strengthens team spirit, making it a perfect approach for a team building experience in Lübeck.
On 20.09.2023 at 2:00 PM I, as a CityHunters team guide, welcomed 24 people from Arla Foods amba at the Schrangen. After a short introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, participants were split into four teams and everyone was visibly excited for the upcoming high-tech Scavenger Hunt through Lübeck's old town.
Our iPad Tour in Lübeck leads to well-known sights like the Holstentor, St. Mary's Church and the St. Annen Museum Quarter, while still leaving room to discover the city's hidden corners. At each stop there were interactive tasks and creative challenges that demanded strategy, observation and collaboration. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for joint team tasks, creating a motivating competitive spirit that brought the day to life.
During the two-hour tour, the teams were left to their own devices to make decisions, coordinate and play to their strengths. The CityHunters app connected the groups in real time and displayed interim scores, an extra incentive that reinforced the team spirit. If any questions came up, I was available by phone as the team guide.
The weather cooperated and created a friendly atmosphere where laughter and constructive cooperation went hand in hand. This mix of play, culture and communication turned the team building experience in Lübeck into a real highlight that the colleagues from Arla Foods amba will remember for a long time.
After exactly two hours all teams met back at the Schrangen for the awards ceremony. In high spirits the winning teams were celebrated before many used the rest of the afternoon to explore the city further or to relax in one of the cozy local venues.
Team building experience in Lübeck offers the ideal combination of fun, challenge and personal exchange, and I am already looking forward to the next group that dares to take this discovery tour.
