Team Building Event P3 Automotive GmbH
The weather was at its finest when I welcomed the 67 participants from P3 Automotive GmbH at the Domplatz in Innsbruck on 15 September 2023 at 3:00 PM.
As a CityHunters Teamguide, it was a pleasure to greet the group at this central meeting point and give a short introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters App. After dividing into 12 enthusiastic teams, our iPad Tour began — an interactive experience that blends history, culture and modern technology and enables genuine team building experience in Innsbruck.
The teams set off and discovered Innsbruck in a new way: from the imposing Cathedral of St. Jakob to the glittering Golden Roof and the historic facades around the Hofburg, there was plenty to see and explore. At several stations, varied puzzles and creative team tasks awaited, requiring observation, communication and inventiveness.
During the tour the groups were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solving challenges and for successful team tasks — which encouraged strategic collaboration and lots of fun. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any team needed support.
After about two and a half hours everyone met back at the Domplatz for the joint awards ceremony. Spirits were high as places one to three accepted their medals and successes were celebrated. Such moments show how effective team building experience in Innsbruck can be: laughing together, finding solutions and sharing achievements.
The iPad Tour is more than a city exploration — it combines technology with playful learning and strengthens team cohesion. As a guide, it is especially rewarding to see colleagues thrive in their teams and support one another.
