Team Building Event Experience One AG
As a team guide for CityHunters I still look back fondly on the lively afternoon I spent on September 13, 2023 with 25 colleagues from Experience One AG in Mitte. We met punctually at 4:00 pm at the Palais am Festungsgraben, I welcomed the group, gave a brief rundown of the plan and split the participants into four motivated teams. Murder Mystery Geocaching promised suspense, activity and plenty of team building experience in Mitte.
After a short introduction each team received a tablet with the dedicated app — the central tool for our investigations. The app led teams to different locations, presented criminal cases and challenged them with puzzles and team tasks. Familiar spots in Mitte turned into crime scenes as we passed landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Reichstag building, which suddenly seemed to tell new stories.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a sporty contest for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles, skillful team tasks and keen observations. I stayed available by phone throughout the game in case questions came up or support was needed — usually a small hint was enough to get the investigations moving again.
The weather cooperated and the atmosphere was both upbeat and focused. You could really feel how solving puzzles together and completing tasks strengthened the group dynamic. That is precisely what makes our concept so effective: excitement, fun and genuine team building experience in Mitte — ideal for companies that want to make team spirit tangible.
After 2 hours and 45 minutes all teams returned to the Palais am Festungsgraben. At the final awards ceremony the scores were announced and celebrated together. Not only the winners were happy — every participant left with energy, shared memories and new insights into their colleagues' strengths.
