Team Building Event Töffels & Co Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH
The weather was perfect for our iPad Tour in Eisenach on September 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM – sunny and clear, ideal for an active morning outdoors.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 14 participants from Töffels & Co Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH at the market square. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters App, colleagues were divided into three teams and the game began. Excitement was palpable and motivation high – exactly the right mood for a genuine team building experience in Eisenach.
On the tour through the city center the teams explored well known sights such as the Wartburg from a distance, the Bachhaus Eisenach and the Georgenkirche. At each stop there were puzzles and creative team tasks that demanded dexterity, problem solving and cooperation. Points were awarded only for correctly solved tasks and successful team performances – a fair competition in which every group could play to its strengths.
During the three hours the teams were mostly on their own and free to develop their own strategies. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any technical questions or uncertainties arose. The CityHunters App displayed the scores in real time, which kept the competitive spirit alive and motivation high. This modern format combines city exploration with an effective team building experience in Eisenach.
After exactly three hours all groups met again at the market square for the joint awards ceremony. The atmosphere was jubilant, the winning team was celebrated appropriately and everyone clearly enjoyed getting to know colleagues better in a new setting. Experiences like this strengthen team spirit in the long term and create shared memories.
