Team Building Event Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG
In bright sunshine our iPad Tour got underway and instantly put everyone in a great mood.
As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming a lively group of eight colleagues from Rolls‑Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG at S‑Bahnhof Oranienburger Straße in Mitte on 11 September 2023 at 4:00 PM. After a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPad controls we split the group into two teams – then the team building experience in Mitte could begin.
Our iPad Tour blends modern technology with urban discovery: the teams received their devices, saw the tasks in real time, tracked scores and communicated with each other via the app. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues arose. That way the groups could operate independently while still having support available when needed.
The route led the teams through the heart of Mitte: from historic squares to striking architecture – with stops near the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral. At every corner there were puzzles and creative team tasks that called for observation, communication and a bit of imagination. The atmosphere was focused yet cheerful, and the competitive spirit brought plenty of motivation and laughter.
The team building experience in Mitte showed its best side that afternoon: colleagues got to know each other in new ways, tried different strategies and supported one another. It was especially rewarding to watch how small prompts quickly turned into joint solutions and how strangers briefly became true teams.
After exactly two hours everyone met back at S‑Bahnhof Oranienburger Straße for the award ceremony. The winners were celebrated, photos were taken and the day’s highlights were shared. Moments like these stay with you – perfect for effective and enjoyable team building experience in Mitte.
