Team Building Event Pde Integrale Planung GmbH
Our event concept combines modern technology with playful city exploration – ideal for a sustainable team building experience in Prague. As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of leading an iPad Tour for Pde Integrale Planung GmbH on September 8, 2023 at 9:00 AM, and it was a delight to welcome the group at the meeting point by the Grandium Hotel Prague.
The twelve participants were split into two teams after a brief greeting and an introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app. Each team received an iPad as the hub for the high‑tech Scavenger Hunt. The groups then set off independently on their adventure through Prague’s Old Town.
The route took them to some of Prague’s most beautiful spots: from the Old Town Square across the Charles Bridge up to Prague Castle. At each station they faced tricky puzzles and creative team tasks that demanded not only knowledge but above all cooperation, observational skills and ingenuity. The app displayed the scores in real time, adding extra motivation to the competition.
During the tour the two teams were left to their own devices and could choose how to approach the challenges — I remained available by phone for questions and support. The mood was very positive, the weather perfect, and the blend of culture, technology and play visibly strengthened team spirit. This is how effective team building experience in Prague works: engaging, interactive and community‑building.
After about two and a half hours everyone reconvened at the Grandium Hotel Prague for the joint awards ceremony. At the end we honored the highest scoring team, shared impressions and wrapped up the morning in good spirits. Participant feedback clearly showed how much the activity had brought people closer together.
This format is a wonderful way to rediscover Prague while fostering collegial connections.
