Team Building Event NTT DATA Deutschland

On September 6, 2023 at 6:30 PM I, as a CityHunters team guide, welcomed 33 colleagues from NTT DATA Germany at the train station. After a warm introduction and a short tech briefing, the participants split into five teams and jumped into our iPad Tour. The mood was immediately full of anticipation – this is how a real team building experience begins in Herrsching am Ammersee.
The route took the teams across the town, past well-known spots like St. Martin and Villa Sturm, and along the lakeside promenade. At various stations they faced tricky puzzles and creative team tasks where points could be earned. Every moment called for cooperation, communication and resourcefulness – exactly what we mean by a team building experience in Herrsching am Ammersee.
During the tour the groups moved independently and competed in a friendly race for the highest score. I was available by phone throughout to help with questions or technical issues. The mix of modern technology, engaging challenges and the inspiring setting made the event an intense experience for everyone involved.
After about an hour and a half all teams met again at the station for the award ceremony. Faces showed pride and satisfaction – some teams won through strategy, others through special creativity. Celebrating together and reflecting on the evening rounded off the program perfectly. This combination of fun and togetherness is at the heart of the team building experience in Herrsching am Ammersee.
The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere by the lake added to the positive energy. As a team guide it was rewarding to see how quickly colleagues connected and reached goals together. Evenings like this stay in the memory – Herrsching am Ammersee once again showed how well city, game and team spirit fit together.
